Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of trainfinity.co.uk, an e-learning platform. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

User Accounts

You may need to create a user account to access certain features of our website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.  

Course Access and Content

Course Access: Your access to courses will be based on your enrolment and payment status.
Course Content: The content of our courses is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our course materials without our prior written consent.

Payments

Payment Methods: We accept payments via Stripe facility.
Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Refunds: Our refund policy is outlined in our Refund Policy below.

Refund Policy

You are entitled to a 7-day cooling off period during which you have the right to cancel your purchase (no reason required) and obtain a refund.
We shall intend to reimburse your payment within 30 days of your cancellation request. No refund will be provided if the candidate has used their unique log on details and password and consequently read or completed part of any of the training courses acquired.
Face to face training – There is a no refund policy for candidates who do not attend booked face to face training or would like to cancel after the seven-day cooling off period stated above. A name change is accepted up 48 hours before the booked face to face session.
Online training – There is a no refund policy for online training after the seven-day cooling off period stated above.

Terms of Payment

Corporate clients who utilise the Trainfinity portal and intend to pay on behalf of their candidates shall agree to a weekly invoice, inclusive any e-learning training selected, which must be paid within 30 days. Individual clients must pay for all training upon selecting and booking e-learning modules or face to face sessions. Trainfinity staff will always remain in touch with the relevant corporate clients’ accounts team to keep them updated on the ledger.

Intellectual Property

Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of trainfinity.co.uk or its licensors.
Usage Restrictions: You may not use our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

No Warranties: We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the information on our website.
As-Is Basis: Our website and its content are provided on an “as-is” basis.

Limitation of Liability
